Athletic Development Program
U15 & UP AGE GROUPS
STARTING NOV. 4TH
Key Components of the Program:
Led by Head of Sports Performance- Gavin Scott MS, CSCS, USAW. The Athletic Development Program will focus on the development of soccer specific strength and power which will include traditional barbell lifting movements (eg. Squat, deadlift), dumbbell, kettlebell, and plyometrics. Body stability and mobility will also be trained through a range of core & balance exercises.
PROGRAM INFORMATION:
- Twice a week Tuesday & Thursdays
- 10 sessions - 4:00pm or 7:00pm sessions
- $225
- Dates: 11/4, 11/6, 11/11, 11/13, 11/18, 11/20, 12/2, 12/4, 12/9, & 12/11
